By submitting your registration:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cars for Cancer Car Show, Different Strokes Car Club, its producers, sponsors, officers, directors, or the owners of the building and property from which the show is produced from all claims of every nature and kind whatsoever in relation to the Cars for Cancer Car Show occurring at the location described in the promotional materials. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to such participation including any damage or loss to myself, my vehicle, and/or personal property. Furthermore in case of an emergency, and I should require medical attention, I give permission to Cars for Cancer Car Show representatives to secure the emergency medical attention that is required. Any direction to the contrary should be attached to this form and signed. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering the above and assumes full responsibility of any loss or damage. Exhibitor agrees that this submitted registration entry form supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings whether written or oral between exhibitor and producers, show staff, representatives and sub-contractors. Nothing herein shall be modified unless agreed to by the producers in writing. Each exhibitor Package includes entry for one vehicle as well as promotional items provided by our sponsors. Each Sponsor Package includes the space identified on your contract.  Parking is free for attendees and there is space for car trailer parking as well. Also included in your package is entry to the car cruise and ‘Social Hour/Beer Tent/Meet and Greet” the evening before the car show for sponsors, car owners and their families along with the show producers. This is an opportunity to meet friends, car owners/builders, hear their stories and connect with those who have the same car passion as you do. While entry to the Cruise, Beer Tent and Band are included, Beverages and food are available for an additional cost. Proof of insurance is the owners responsibility and must be available upon request. Uniform Fire Code: No flammable materials or emergency flares in the displays. No Loose Compressed Gas Cylinders of any type. If exhibitor is below the age of 18, a legal guardian must sign. 

I will not participate in "Burnouts", "Drifting" or other vigorous, spirited driving.  I understand the Cars for Cancer Car Show has a 10MPH speed limit within the show and during car show hours.  I will not exceed 25MPH on the property where the car show is held.  I understand any moving violations, infractions or accidents on the cruise will be the sole responsibility of the driver.
